I really liked him and he really liked me, but we decided to just be friends and he got a girlfriend. They've been going out for 2 years now but he uses her for sexual favors. He only goes on dates with her when he knows she's going to give him something. He only sees her Twice a month and he calls and texts me 24/7. He probably does like you so be careful of his girlfriend. You don't want to hurt her so I would probably wait until they break up to make your move. In the mean time, stay close friends with him and let him know that he can come to you for anything. That way, he'll already be comfortable with you. So basically, I suggest you wait it out before you hurt anyone and he'll come to you when he breaks up with her. He's obviously not too serious about his current girlfriend, so don't worry.
